Ingredients


 

  • 1 x Pot Noodle (Chicken and Mushroom Flavour)
  • 1 x Small Knob of Butter (0 grams)
  • Water (300 ml to fill the pot to the marked line)
  • Soya Sauce Light (3 ml)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

 

Other Things You Will Need


 

  • Teaspoon
  • Fork
  • Kettle
  • Kitchen Foil (optional)
  • Food Scales

 

Before You Start Cooking


 

  • Wash hands for 20 seconds using soap and water
  • Place all ingredients and other things you will need on the kitchen worktop
  • Weigh or measure ingredients as required
  • Boil the kettle with water

 

Method


 

  • Open the pot noodle lid, but only halfway
  • Remove flavour sachet from pot noodle
  • Add boiling water to the contents of the pot (only up to the line on the pot)
  • Fold the lid down and seal
  • Leave for 10 minutes
  • Weigh a small amount of butter (this should be under 1 gram)
  • Remove the lid completely
  • Add the butter and soya sauce with the flavour sachet to the pot and stir using a fork
  • Serve

 

Notes


 

  • If you remove the lid completely by accident then cover with kitchen foil
