What is Diabetes Type 3?

Diabetes type 3 is a proposed term to describe the interlinked association between type 1 and type 2 diabetes, and Alzheimer's disease. This term is used looking at triggers of Alzheimer's disease in people with diabetes.

Diagnosis for this disease is different for people with type 1 and type 2 diabetes. type 1 diabetes is usually inherited by children and adolescence while type 2 diabetes is often diagnosed later in life due to age or personal weight issues. Type 3 diabetes is not a diagnosis in itself, a diagnosis of suspected Alzheimer's Disease can be established through observational signs and sometimes with neuroimaging techniques such as Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) to observe abnormalities in diabetic patient's brain tissue.

How Can We Help?

The We Can't Spell Success Without You PowePlan Helps to Prevent or Escape This Condition by aiding the following:

  • The habits will decrease weight and provide the body with better nutrition that replaces a recommended traditional diet.  These habits also encourage a reduction of carbohydrates in a meal by home cooking or changing your familiar food to a lower calorie and carbohydrate brand allowing you to eat normally

  • The instant exercise plan will provide easy physical exercise that increases the amount of blood flow through the brain while simultaneously causing the growth of brain cells.  Completing the daily exercise targets over a week is suggested to maintain and increase memory function, along with relieving anxiety and/or depression when more active

  • Mental stimulation is also recommended for patients. Brain aerobic activities such as reading, basic mathematics and puzzles are endorsed to test and stimulate cognitive functioning. While creative activities like painting and viewing art also activates the conditioning of the brain
