- Gravy Granules (21 grams)
- Boiling Water (280 ml)

- Kettle

- Gravy Boat (optional)

Before You Start Cooking
- Wash hands for 20 seconds using soap and water
- Place all ingredients and other things you will need on the kitchen worktop
- Weigh or measure ingredients as required
- Boil a kettle of water
Method
- Put the gravy granules in a jug or cup
- Fill a mug with boiling water (around half a pint or 280 ml)
- Use a teaspoon to mix the gravy granules with the water
- Leave for 10 minutes
- Stir the gravy again and pour into a gravy boat
- Serve
