This video will look at week two of the PowerPlan. 

 

This video shows start and end bodyweight along with what was ate daily to achieve the weight change. This is accomplished by being active and logging the number of daily steps.

 

Too often, we eat food with no idea how many calories are in it. That's why my PowerPlan is all about calorie counting. I help you eat smarter using back in the kitchen and brand versus brand along with easy to achieve exercise more so you can reach your weight goals.

 

At last, we can finally reveal how my easy lifestyle change went. Not only did I lose 2 pounds this week, but I've also found out some of the negatives that I talk about at the end of this video.

 

So if you're looking for a lifestyle change, this might be the one for you.
