Week Three: Treating Yourself on the PowerPlan Journey

Week Three, Treat Week!


 

Join me on my journey to get healthy and lose weight. I will be tracking my food intake, exercise, weight loss, and anything else that might help me get on the right track to living a healthy lifestyle.

 

Looking to lose weight without dieting, this is PowerPlan week 3 video. This video also shows start and end body weight along with what was ate daily to achieve the weight change. This is accomplished by being active and logging the number of daily steps.

 

Too often, we eat food with no idea how many calories are in it. That's why my channel is all about calorie counting. I help you eat smarter and exercise more so you can reach your weight goals.

 

This week, for our weight loss challenge, I counted the calories in every food I ate and didn't feel deprived because doing so allowed us to still lose weight. One day, I ate over 3500 calories but still didn't lose the weight loss challenge!

 

This video was filmed during the Covid-19 lockdown and is a series of five other videos that creates a video diary of weight loss over time.
