Too often, we eat food with no idea how many calories are in it. That's why my channel is all about calorie counting. I help you eat smarter and exercise more so you can reach your weight goals.
This week, for our weight loss challenge, I counted the calories in every food I ate and didn't feel deprived because doing so allowed us to still lose weight. One day, I ate over 3500 calories but still didn't lose the weight loss challenge!
