Week One, Shock Week Part 1.


 

This video will look at week one of the PowerPlan.

 

Continued preparation to complete the PowerPlan foundation and step by step guide on what to expect in week one.

 

This video will review the week zero activities and allow you to set short and long term goals.  Look into food alternatives including the popular UK food swaps, cook your own food using back in the kitchen and brand versus brand to reduce your daily calories.

 

This week 1 video also shows start and end body weight along with what was ate daily to achieve the weight change.  This is accomplished by being active and logging the number of daily steps.

 

Finally my conclusion of this easy lifestyle change with plus and negative points.
