Firstly vaping is much healthier than smoking and will improve your health regardless of any illnesses or the condition you suffer from, Secondly, sugar is not used in any of the e-liquids as natural sugar or sweeteners are used instead. Most people will vape around 12ml of e-liquid per day of which 7% of the liquid is related to the flavouring where the sweeteners are used. In the 0.84 ml around 15-25% is sweetener therefore vaping all day is around 0.126ml to 021ml which is equivalent to 0.02 to 0.03 teaspoon of sweetener per day. If we compare this to an apple that has 10g of natural sugar and 14g of Carbohydrate which is the equivalent of 3 teaspoons of sugar that is far more than vaping. So to conclude if you are recommended to eat apples as part of a diabetic diet then sweetener is e-liquid far less so I would have to say NO vaping (e-cigarette) doesn’t cause or aggravate diabetes type 2, it will be your current lifestyle and eating habits that are the problem.
Writing and publishing a book has never been easier, there are lots of tools out there for spell and grammar checking. Using create space you can have you book printed for a couple of pounds and amazon will sell the book on your behalf when you are ready for there to read it. Also writing a book is a great way to explore and express your imagination and release stories that other and read and share.
I decided to have private ISBN number rather than a free general create space that enabled me to be officially registered as an author and known in libraries. Also purchase of camera, printers, faster computers and purchase of needed software to ensure a good presentation of all work done. Also copywriter fees need to be paid so all the work I have done is protected and not copied. Finally the use of a proof reader/editor to ensure that the content of the book is understandable, spelling and grammar are correct and the book flows from section to section during the reading experience.
If the cost of the book runs to £3,000 I would be surprised if I broke even in 5 years’ time if at all. There are many diet and fitness books out there (literally 10,000’s) so this book will just dissolve in an ever growing list. But with YouTube, Facebook, local press and radio I am hoping that enough is sold to help people resolve their weight and, more importantly, health issues.
