BUT if you are strong enough to stop all of the Habits after 6 weeks then the weight will increase at an average rate of 0.63 pounds per week. This means that you would lose around 18 pounds in the first 6 weeks when using the PowerPlan book, but it will take around 29 weeks to put the weight back on when stopping all of the habits during week 7.
