My Attempt And Thoughts of Commercial Diets with Genuine Results

The Carnivore (All-Meat) Diet

Concept

The carnivore diet is made at home using Grade A meat products only.  Supermarket products will result in less weight loss due to meats being modified therefore not Grade A in most products.

What to expect

The Carnivore (All-Meat) Diet can be used for a lifetime despite that it is not recommended by the medical profession.  This is due to the lack of vitamin C that is not present in meat.  Along with meat, you are also allowed to eat beef, chicken, pork, lamb, turkey, organ meats, salmon, sardines, white fish, butter, lard, and bone marrow and small amounts of heavy cream and hard cheese.

Expected Result

Weight loss around 8 pounds per week with ZERO of vitamin C.

The diet can be traced to the German writer, Bernard Moncriff, author of The Philosophy of the Stomach: Or, An Exclusively Animal Diet, in 1856. In the 21st century, fad dieters reported following extreme variations of the diet where only red meat, salt and water were consumed.
